ENG 023 - Walters: Finding print books

Print Books in the Library

1. When looking for print books, use the gold BOOKS & MEDIA tab in the search box on the library homepage.

2. Type in your keywords.

3. When you get your results, the phrase MAIN COLLECTION is the library's term for books that circulate.

4. Books go out for 28 days, with one 28-day renewal.

Don't forget to sign in

The BOOKS & MEDIA search takes you to the library catalog.  The catalog is the listing of all the items that are physically in the library.  It is also the platform for our streaming video.  

First, sign in (upper right corner, in the maroon bar) so you can 

  1. see your personal Library Account
  2. place holds on books or DVDs you want to pick up at the Information Desk
  3. download ebooks and
  4. view streaming videos.
