STEAMworks is glad to be the first place in the PASSHE system to offer virtual reality to all, and room-scale VR at that, with the HTC Vive. It's powered by the mad geniuses at Valve who make SteamVR happen and it turns more than 100 square feet of our floor space into something just a bit better than real life.
Our base stations are installed and ready to dazzle you. Of course, you'll need to strap on an awesomely geeky headset.
The power and potential of virtual reality in education, as well as in entertainment, is clear to us all. But its unexplored possibilities are still vast. We hope that you'll experience VR at your library and that it will lead you toward new ideas that will someday enhance everyone's reality.
