Encyclopedias and other Reference Works
One of the best places to start browsing about a topic is in relevant reference books.
Reference Books in print are shelved behind the main library Information Desk. This includes encyclopedias, atlases, and other books.
In addition to print reference titles the library has eReference titles. These are print reference books that are available online and keyword searchable. You can still browse them like traditional reference books.
Gale Virtual Reference Library Gale Virtual Reference Library is a database of hundreds of full-text encyclopedias and specialized reference sources for multidisciplinary research. These works fall under the subjects of Business, History, Law, Medicine, Multicultural studies, Nation and World, Religion, Science, Social Science, Technology, and more.
