COMM 101 - Introduction to Communication Studies: Finding a Journal in an EBSCO database

Finding a Journal in your Field

1. Go to COMMUNICATIONS & MASS MEDIA COMPLETE or the ACADEMIC SEARCH COMPELETE or any other EBSCO database.

2. Click on the PUBLICATIONS link in the blue banner above the EBSCO button. This will show you a list of all the jorunals in the database.

You can also search for specific titles, or journals on a specific topic.

3. Clicking on the name of the journal will bring up a screen with detailed information about the journal. To see an individual issue, go to the dates on the left and click on a year.

4. Click on an issue, and the next screen will display the articles in the issue in the same order as in the journal or magazine.
