A guide to the Information Commons at the Rohrbach Library for Graduate students

Group Study Rooms

The Study Room Reservation System are for current registered KU students that are taking classes. 

This reservation system is NOT for meetings or sessions of University-sponsored groups.

Students are free to use an open study room while in the library, but reservations are restricted as indicated above.


You must use your KU email address to book a study room.

Rooms must be reserved no later than the day BEFORE you need it.  You cannot reserve a room for same-day use.

Bookings must be in consecutive time slots and there is a 3 hour time limit per day.

Large Rooms (seat 6 to 10) are 106, 107, 109, 110 and 207.

Small Rooms (seat 3 to 4) are 108, 111, 209, and 210.

Study Pods (seat 5 to 7) are on the first floor near computer lab.

Please do not book a Large Room unless you have more than 3 participants in your group.

The Library reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings. If you have any questions, please call 610-683-4480 (the Rohrbach Library).
