Once you are logged in, select the News tab and if you select Explore By Region (see image below), and click a region, you will be able to search just sources from that part of the world. If you do a search from this page, you can narrow down by region later. (Eventually there is a list of sources available for a particular country.)
If you select a region, you can search that region or narrow down further to a particular country.
If you did not limit by region, you can limit the search results using the left menu
