Please note that each person is unique in their experiences and their level of supports vary, so the information provided may not pertain to every individual. The information provided gives a general understanding to the possibilities of each neurodiversity.

This guide is to provide information and bring awareness about several neurodiverse ways of thinking and behaving to increase the diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging of neurodiverse students.

The first tab to the left, What is Neurodiversity?, provides a brief overview to define neurodiversity and what is means to be neurodivergent.

The next four tabs to the left, identify one of the following neurodiversity to explore:

• Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
• Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
• Dyslexia
• Dyspraxia

These tabs will provide a page of information about how the neurodiversity impacts people's way of thinking, behaving, and interacting with others. Each page will also provide resources to support neurodiverse college students. The connections that the resources offer are within and outside of Kutztown University. Kutztown University is not in direct partnership with these outside organizations, but the creators of this guide believe these are helpful resources that can be utilized.

The Faculty and Staff  tab offers information to better understand neurodiverse students and the supports they may need. This page is beneficial for those working in higher education.
