The Rohrbach Library provides both Print Reserves and E-Reserves to make course materials easily accessible to students. Faculty may place library-owned or personal items on reserve for short-term use during the semester.

If you have material you want on reserve, you can drop off print items (your personal copy or a library book) to be put on reserve at the Information Desk or submit a request online.
You can have items from the library collection and items from your personal collections put on reserve. Acceptable items include books and dvds.
The library cannot place sample coursepacks on reserve.
You can choose between: In-Library Use Only; Overnight; 3-Day; or 7-Day for each item.
Please allow two working days for materials to be added to the Reserve Collection.
Students must ask for specific material at the Information Desk.
All items in the Reserve Collection can be searched through the Library Catalog, where the "Location" for the item will be Reserve Collection.
You can also drop an item off to be scanned at the main Information Desk,
Please include the citation information on the first page.
Materials generated by you, the professor, including syllabi, sample exams, answers to homework, etc.
Journal articles and chapters of books within the limits of the current copyright laws.
Please allow five working days for materials to be added to the Reserve Collection.
