Finals Week Hours
On June 14, the library will be transitioning to the new EBSCO user interface (UI)
The new interface has a modern, user-friendly layout that supports accessibility and follows the principle of responsive design to support ease of use across all devices. Permalinks now can be bookmarked directly from the browser address. Additional improvements include text-to-speech and filters that remain applied when search query is modified.
EBSCO will continue to develop the new interface. Search and journal alerts, custom folders and custom limiters are just a few of the new features with more on the way.
The new UI will include a link back to "classic" EBSCO for users who would like to continue using the old interface and access their folders.
Short 4 minute video provides a quick overview of new features and functionality.
If you are a MyEBSCO folder user please note that only your main folder will transition to the new UI. Any subfolders you created will not transfer at this time. Your main folder will under Projects in the new UI. The new UI includes a link labeled "Link to EBSCOhost Classic." This link will direct you back the classic version of EBSCO where you can access all your folders and subfolders. EBSCO plans to resolve the subfolder issue in 2025: https://roadmap.ebsco.com/?_search=sub-folder
