Problem: When linking to certain library databases in Office documents, users are being redirected to a "Bad Request" page. The issue has been reviewed by the library's authentication provider. They said that it is a known issue and that there are no fixes at this time. Please contact Bob Flatley to ask about which resources are impacted.
Solution: Embed and share links in D2L, email, or a webpage.
10-19-21: Currently EBSCO ebook links from the Library Catalog are directing to a 500 Internal Server Error. The issue has been reported and is being worked on. Here’s a workaround that will work on-campus.

Currently EBSCO is experiencing an problem with authenticating users to EBSCO databases from off-campus locations. EBSCO is working on the problem. Check current status here.
Problem: Some users are experiencing a sign-in error when trying to access the library catalog from the Firefox browser. The issue has been submitted to KU IT for review. It appears to be related to our recent migration to a new active directory service.
Solution: Please use either Chrome or Edge.
