What Archives Has To Offer To Students

The Rohrbach Library Archives has many artifacts available to students for perusing and utilizing for research purposes. Archives has Kutztown University Yearbooks dating back to 1911, clothing and textiles like Kutztown beanies and graduation caps, copies of Shoofly the Literary Magazine and The Key, photographs, lantern slides, the Dornish Collection, and plenty more!

What about Sea Cow?

The Elusive Sea Cow is the largest artifact that the Archive department has. It was created by KU student Abigail J. Krantz as part of a statewide college scholarship contest called "Cows on Campus", where each university was given a fiberglass cow and a theme in which to design the cow. This item is prominently displayed in the upper level of the library, next to the Archives office in room 203.
